This book review is being written on a day in which the FBI rescued more than 45 teenage prostitutes, some as young as 13, in a sweep, across the U.S., to remove children from the illegal sex trade, and to seek prosecution against the perpetrators of this abuse. Human trafficking is alive and well around the globe, and in the U.S. as well. Skinner's book is a great and sobering read...
