I keep waiting for the Foo Fighters to get it wrong,
to take a misstep, to disappoint,
and as I watched the start of "The Pretender" video,
I thought, "here it is, it'll be lame,"
because, well, how can you follow up the fine, amazing "In Your Honor" double cd?
So I watch, and am once again blown away by Grohl, Hawkins, Mendel, and Shiflett. Love the images of Grohl playing and Hawkins drumming at the end of the video...
I'm incredibly biased...
